Due to overwhelming interest, I will now be hosting two separate Buffy Pub Quizzes: Tuesday, April 11 AND Tuesday, April 18!!! All content, questions, start times and entrance fees etc. will be the same both nights. Hopefully this will give more people the opportunity to participate in this edition of Carl’s Pub Quiz Nights.

Helpful hint: It’s going to be a packed house. Please show up EARLY if you want a seat (I’m talking 5:30/6pm).

The stakes are going to be high at Buffy Pub Quiz on Tuesday, April 11 promptly at sun down (7pm). This edition will be held at The Beaver Café.

We’ll be rehashing the best scenes ripped from the hallways of Sunnydale High. Reliving the best moments featuring our heroine and her motley crew of Watchers, witches, sympathetic vampires and, well, Xander. Resurrecting our favourite easter eggs and behind-the-scenes tid bits.

This particular pub quiz does NOT include questions about the novels, comics, video games or spin-off series. It also does not discuss the Kristy Swanson 1992 flick also written by Joss Whedon.

Thanks Rob Shostak for pointing out Buffy is now available on Netflix. Study up!

– 7pm @ The Beaver Café (1192 Queen St. W.)
– $5/person to play or $2 if you share a link to this event on your Facebook feed.
– Maximum team size of 5
– Prizes for every category as well as shout-out to best team name
– Difficulty: Intermediate
– Divination and cellphones strictly forbidden
