May you SPRING forward into May with a great time with your kinky pals! Come join us yet again at The Beaver for a stellar time discussing and munching with your kinky friends – have some fun, do a little dancing, nom some food. The usual! Talk about kink (that too!).

We will be in the back in the upper section, just past the bar! The venue is small though, so if all you BKZers come out, we won’t even need directions. Make it happen! 😀

There will be nametags provided so that you are able to indicate yourself by the name and pronouns of your choice.

1. Friends of Bunz are welcomed, as long as they are in the spirit of Bunz and can respect the implied anonymity.

3.Don’t Out people, and refer to people by the name on their name tag.

4. Street Clothing dress code. Collars and subtle symbols are okay.

5. This is not a sex event! While our uniting commonality is kink, this event is limited to discussions of kink, not actions.

6. Please be aware of the many types and expressions of human that will be at this event. Use the pronouns people ask of you (default pronouns being they/them), respect potential triggers, listen when someone tells you about their boundaries, and accept when you are in the wrong. We’re talking about and experiencing some very sensitive and vulnerable aspects of people when we are kinky, and its important for us all to feel as safe as possible. If you feel that someone is violating your right to feel and be safe, PLEASE ALERT THE HOSTS! The organizers will be easily distinguished, and will have name tags.

8. This gathering is 18+ but the venue has the right to ask you to leave. If you’re not 19+ please don’t give our group a bad name and try to drink. Minors are allowed until 10pm, at which point the liquor license of the venue requires that all those under 19 must leave the venue.

9. Use gender neutral pronouns unless you’re informed of a person’s gender identity.
10. Leave your privilege at the door as much as you’re able. No one is obligated to give you attention or talk to you.

11. When in doubt, ask us, your amazing hosts! We want you to feel welcomed! Come and talk to us if you’re worried, nervous, or not sure who to talk to!

12. Bring your appetite! We rely on amazing venues like The Beaver to host us, so let’s say our thanks with our food and drink purchases!

ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note that this is a SCENT-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and allergies to fragrances are a reality and must be respected. If you wear loud scents, you run the risk of being asked to leave and/or making some fellow Bunz very ill.
There are Bunz who have concerns about hearing, so we will be keeping the music to a minimum to allow everyone to have super rad chats.

There is a single step to enter the main floor space, and a flight of four steps to access the bathroom/dance floor.

While there is alcohol being served at the venue, please feel no pressure from organizers to purchase it. If someone is pressuring you to drink and it is not okay with you, come to any one of the greeters/ambassadors, or event organisers, and we will proceed accordingly.
Please don’t hesitate to come forward and ask questions about any other accessibility concerns you may have.
