BANDS & DRAG! – “Moody Splooge”
February 20 @ 10:00 pm-2:00 am
BANDS & DRAG! is a monthly show series dedicated to getting weird bands and gender performers in the same room, cause there are too many people doing cool shit in this city and it’s stressful to decide what kind of show you want to go to.
So what’s the deal this month? It’s that burgeoning love time that could make a person sick, and the leakage is too much to contain!
(Cruising in a 1982 Volvo station wagon on a dusty eve)
(The smell of lavender and fresh baked bread on the international space station)
(Big lust-for-the-timeless-undulations-of-the-sea energy)
(Realizing that theatre kids were cooler than you all along)
(Dense crust, chewy interior)
COME FOR THE BANDS, STAY FOR THE DRAG!
COME FOR THE DRAG, STAY FOR THE BANDS!
COME FOR ALL OF IT!
COME ALL OVER THE PLACE!
Look like trash? Love it!
Act like trash? Get thrown out.
Unfortunately The Beaver is not an accessible venue. One step at the entrance and 3 steps to the washrooms.
