Valentine's Day at The Beaver

Dear Friends,

This Sunday, Valentine's day, marks the first in a series of Sunday Dinners presented at The Beaver. Throughout the year we will be featuring prix fixe meals with a focus on traditional, seasonal fare, to make sure you're well fed for the week ahead. Like Sunday Dinners at your folk's you can call and let us know your coming, but unlike at your parents' house you don't have to do the dishes.

Valentine's Day at the Beaver - In the theme of heart shapes, the perfect meal to prepare you for our Valentine's Day Slowdance later on.

-Poached persimmon and shaved reggiano on arugula

-Proscuitto Wrapped Meatloaf or Glazed Nutloaf with Miso Mushroom Gravy served with Mashed Potatoes and Braised Heritage Carrots.

-Homemade Vanilla Icecream with Pink Sugar Cookies dipped in Dark Chocolate.
